I’m Nelisse! I’m the face behind Ritual nail studio! I specialize in natural nail manicures that focus on utilizing an E-file to safely perform detailed cuticle work. I offer structure gel manicures using soft builder gel as well as regular gel polish manicures on natural nails only. I do not currently offer nail extensions of any kind. I also offer dry pedicure services (aka no foot soak) and instead I use hot towels infused with essential oils and a botanical aloe spray to cleanse the feet. My main priority is the overall health of the nail and providing a safe space for all people. Whether you’re looking for a place to relax, exchange conversation or even for those who prefer a silent service. Im here for it all! CANCELLATION POLICY
By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to all policies, including late sick and cancellation policy. I have a cancelation fee of 25% of service amount within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, and 100% for no-shows. I understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. If you are unable to make your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice to Nelisse at (931)560-9545. LATE arrivals ** If you are running late, please call or text as soon as you are able to. All late arrivals of more than 15 minutes without prior communication will be subject to shortening of scheduled service and/or cancelation of appointment. Each clients situation will be handled individually when enforcing this policy. Please understand that these policies are set in place to ensure fairness to all clients and myself included. SICK POLICY If you are sick, please do not come to your appointment or come in with lingering symptoms. This is very important since this puts other clients and myself at risk of also getting sick. In the event that you are sick, please reach out as soon as you know and we will work on rescheduling your appointment to another day when feeling better. I do my best to keep myself healthy and available for all my scheduled clients and cannot stress enough how important it is to stay home if you aren’t well. Thank you so much for understanding.
