CANCELLATION POLICY

By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to all policies, including late, sick and cancellation policy. I have a cancelation fee of 25% of service amount within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, and 100% for no-shows. I understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. If you are unable to make your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice to Nelisse at (931)560-9545. LATE arrivals ** If you are running late, please call or text as soon as you are able to. All late arrivals of more than 15 minutes without prior communication will be subject to shortening of scheduled service and/or cancelation of appointment. Each clients situation will be handled individually when enforcing this policy. Please understand that these policies are set in place to ensure fairness to all clients and myself included. SICK POLICY If you are sick, please do not come to your appointment or come in with lingering symptoms. This is very important since this puts other clients and myself at risk of also getting sick. In the event that you are sick, please reach out as soon as you know and we will work on rescheduling your appointment to another day when you’re feeling better. I do my best to keep myself healthy and available for all my scheduled clients and cannot stress enough how important it is to stay home if you aren’t feeling well.
